摘 要:
The chiral magnet supports a range of solitons, such as the skyrmion (Q=-1) antiskyrmion (Q=+1) and skyrmionium (Q=0) solutions. When there is a magnetic field applied to the magnet at an arbitrary tilt, skyrmion and antiskyrmion solutions are known to still be stable. Only the interaction potential between two skyrmions in untilted field has been calculated explicitly up until now. Separately, the stability regions of these solitons have been numerically observed but not much explained. In this talk I will discuss the interaction potential between skyrmions and antiskyrmions in tilted field and the interaction potential in untilted field between more novel configurations. Along the way I will also discuss how we can model the 'elliptical instability' of magnetic solitons and thus approximate some boundaries in the phase diagram of the chiral magnet.
