摘 要:
In addition to direct virus infection of target cells, HIV can also be transferred from infected to uninfected cells (cell-to-cell transmission). These two routes might facilitate viral production and the establishment of the latent virus pool, which is considered as a major obstacle to HIV cure. In this talk, we studied an HIV infection model including the two infection routes. We analyze the model by deriving the basic reproduction number and investigating the stability of equilibria. Sensitivity analysis and numerical simulation show that the viral load is still sensitive to the change of the treatment effectiveness in blocking cell-free virus infection. To reduce this sensitivity, we modify the model by including density-dependent infected cell death or HIV latent infection. In the end, we formulated and solved the optimal control problem for the age-structured model. The necessary condition for minimization of the viral level and the cost of drug treatment were obtained and numerical simulations of various optimal control strategies were performed.

王霞,博士,信阳师范学院教授,硕士生导师,河南省学术技术带头人,河南省高层次人才,河南省高校科技创新人才,河南省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师,河南省高校青年骨干教师,河南省教学标兵。2013年博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,2014年5月-2016年12月在陕西师范大学从事博士后研究工作;曾先后访问美国奥克兰大学、香港理工大学、美国佛罗里达大学。主要从事生物数学领域的研究工作,在Bull. Math. Biol.、J. Theor. Biol.等国际学术期刊发表论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金4项、中国博士后基金面上项目、国家留学基金委公派博士后项目、河南省基础与前沿研究项目各1项、河南省高校科技创新团队、河南省高校科技创新人才等厅级项目4项。
